Only a few steps from the shores of Lake Trasimeno , the centre of the world, Sandra and Massimo will be happy to welcome you to their house immersed in the beautiful countryside between Umbria and Tuscany .

The two delightful apartments on the ground floor of the old farm house looking out on to the beautiful garden have been made out of rooms which were once dedicated to country activities and which are now equipped with every comfort, with a beautiful swimming pool for use by the guests

Much of the land has centuries-old oak trees, as well as a beautiful pine forest, both of which are privately owned and equipped for picnics and relaxation.

There are play areas for young and old alike. Bicycles are available for guests. The location is far from sources of light so that the splendid night sky can be admired with the help of a telescope.

In the immediate vicinity there is a very well-equipped riding ground with special horseback riding offers for our guests.
